Idaho Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund Program

The Idaho Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund Program manages the State of Idaho’s allocation from the federal Pacific Coastal Salmon Recovery Fund (PCSRF). PCSRF was established by Congress in 2000 to restore and conserve Pacific salmon and steelhead populations and their habitat. PCSRF ROUND 28

The PCSRF Board will hear proposals at their Round 28 meeting to be held at the Idaho Department of Fish and Game Headquarters Office, 600 South Walnut, Boise, Idaho, on January 7th and 8th, 2026. Available funds to award are approximately $10,000,000 for Priority 1 projects, $1,000,000 for Priority 2 projects, and $40,000 for Priority 3 projects. An agenda will be posted two weeks prior to the Board meeting.  Applications will be due by November 7th, 2025, through OSC’s grant management system, AmpliFund.  Proposal presentations to the Board are required to be in-person.
